The full schedule for Extreme 2004 is up. (Thanks, Simon.) And now I’m just dancing with frustration because a couple of slots have competing talks I really, really want to see all of.

I know, I know, one could have worse problems at conferences. But, dagnabit, why oh why does the ODD talk have to be up against a talk about constraints?
