The search goes on
I ran into a couple of Ruritanians and a couple of Rohan folks at ACRL. One of the Ruritanians was kind enough to say that while they were happy with the person they’d hired, she had rather been looking forward to working with me. And while there’s obviously some of the “consoling the loser” in that, I guess I’m just egotistical enough to think she meant it, a little bit.
Rohan was happy enough to see me that I’m guessing I’m still in the running.
And Gont has had my name shoved at them from three or four different directions, so I’ll be very surprised indeed if they don’t investigate further.
